Bush administration is founder of ISIS

Donald Trump is lying about President Obama being the Founder of ISIS and everyone knows it. Here are Republicans, conservatives, and others admitting that mistakes were made by the Bush Administration during the Iraq War. If there was a founder of ISIS in the United States, it's the Bush Administration and primarily Paul Bremer.

Most of these statements were made during the Bush Administration, before the insurgency was known by the name ISIS. So they use the terms insurgency and al-Qa'ida.
